Eknoor Foundation is a federally incorporated Canadian not-for-profit organization working to address food insecurity and support long-term pathways to stability for individuals and families facing economic hardship.
We begin with what is most urgent: ensuring reliable access to nutritious food.
As capacity grows, Eknoor Foundation intends to expand programming to include learning opportunities and employment supports that promote lasting self-sufficiency.

Supporting pathways toward employment readiness and economic participation to promote independence and reduce long-term hardship.
Our Approach
Food insecurity is often the first barrier to stability.
Without reliable access to food, it becomes difficult to pursue education, employment, or long-term planning.
Eknoor Foundation prioritizes:
Hunger → Immediate stabilization
Learning → Skill and capacity development (as programs expand)
Employment → Sustainable exit from poverty
By beginning with food security, we create the foundation upon which long-term solutions can be built.
Current Initiative - One Table Kitchen
One Table Kitchen is Eknoor Foundation’s active food security initiative, delivering nutritious, dignified meals through community collaboration in Toronto and Vancouver.
We currently support:
Individuals experiencing homelessness
Families facing financial hardship
Shelters and community organizations
Food banks and outreach partners
Our focus is not only on food access, but on delivering support with dignity, respect, and consistency.
